• Double Rooms: Maximum one child allowed.
• Quadruple Rooms: Maximum two children allowed.

Children Policy:

• Under 6 years old: Complimentary.
• 6 years and above (without occupying a bed): Cleaning fee of NT$660 (breakfast included).

Extra Bed:

• NT$990 per bed (breakfast included).
• Limited availability; advance reservation is required.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (inclusive): 100% refund of the prepaid room charge.
• Cancellation made 1–2 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (inclusive): 50% refund of the prepaid room charge.
• Cancellation made on the scheduled arrival date: No refund of the prepaid room charge.

6. Amenities Policy
Effective January 1, 2025, in support of environmental sustainability initiatives, the hotel will no longer provide or sell single-use bottled toiletries (such as shampoo and body wash). Personal hygiene items including combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors will also no longer be provided or sold.
